The location of the Center for the Arts will be determined after careful analysis of the feasibility study, the availability of public and private land that meets the site criteria, future BRAC infrastructure and road improvements, access to public transportation, and partnerships with other institutions. The facility will be centrally located in Harford County to provide ease of access for residents from all parts of the County and the region.

The Center for the Arts will serve the entire region through performances, exhibits and classes, at the Center and in partnership with over 40 arts organizations, Harford County Public Library, Harford County Department of Parks and Recreation, Community Service Agencies, Harford Community College and the many nonprofits currently serving specialized populations.
