Janis A. Barlow and Associates, an arts management consultant from Toronto, Canada, completed the Cultural Plan for Harford County in July 2007. A cultural plan takes an inventory of the community’s arts and humanities resources, both public and nonprofit, consults with the citizens of the community to ascertain their cultural values and aspirations, and engages the arts community, public officials, business leaders and citizens in a comprehensive planning process to build consensus and develop a plan of action for the future.; Results of the Harford County Cultural Plan will be available at this site on or about October 1, 2007.
